Overview
We offer a 30-day (from date of purchase) refund on any products if they are not right for you:
Unused / Unopened Skincare Items:
- Please email us at orders@goodskinfood.co with the unused item you would like to return.
- Please also request a Return Authorization # in your email.
- Include your RA# on your shipping box.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
**Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
We suggest that you obtain tracking and/or shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. - Please note returns can take 2-3 weeks to process dependent on shipping.
Used / Open Skincare Items:
- If the product has been used and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, and it did not work out for you, you may return it for a refund.
- Please email us at orders@goodskinfood.co and let us know which item you would like to return.
- Please don’t send the item back. You may pass the item to a friend or dispose of it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@goodskinfood.co
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
